Dear Citizen of the Greater Stellenbosch Notice is hereby given that the Draft Annual Report 2020/21 is available for comment during normal office hours (08:00 – 16:30) at municipal offices, ward offices, satellite offices, libraries (depending on the national lockdown regulations and or applicable alert levels) as well as on the municipal website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za. A Public Hearing will be held by the Municipal Public Accounts Committee (MPAC) of Council during which verbal and written submissions can be made. The Public hearing will take place on Monday, 14 February 2022, from 09:00 to 13:00, in the Stellenbosch Council Chambers, Plein Street. Comments and representations on the Draft Annual Report 2020/21 can also be submitted electronically to idp@stellenbosch.gov.za or tel. 021 808 8031 by not later than Monday, 28 February 2022, at 16:30.
