ANNUAL REPORT OVERSIGHT REPORT 2020/21 Dear Citizen of the Greater Stellenbosch Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 129(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003) (MFMA), read together with section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000) (MSA), that Council, at a meeting held on 30 March 2022, adopted the Annual Report Oversight Report 2020/21 and approved the Annual Report 2020/21 without reservations. The Council resolution and all other relevant documents are available for public inspection at all libraries, municipal buildings and ward offices during normal office hours (subject to the national lockdown regulations and or alert levels) and are also displayed on the Stellenbosch Municipality’s website at:  www.stellenbosch.gov.za. Dear Citizen of the Greater Stellenbosch Notice is hereby given that the Draft Annual Report 2020/21 is available for comment during normal office hours (08:00 – 16:30) at municipal offices, ward offices, satellite offices, libraries (depending on the national lockdown regulations and or applicable alert levels) as well as on the municipal website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za. A Public Hearing will be held by the Municipal Public Accounts Committee (MPAC) of Council during which verbal and written submissions can be made. The Public hearing will take place on Monday, 14 February 2022, from 09:00 to 13:00, in the Stellenbosch Council Chambers, Plein Street.
