REQUEST QUOTATION DESCRIPTION: Appointment of a Service Provider for a provision of Audio and visual equipment services as well as Generators for the period of 12-21 September 2023 and 9-19 April 2024.
Compulsory Clarification Meeting: A Compulsory clarification meeting will be held on the 22nd of August 2023 at 11h00; in Ecclessia Building; second Floor.
CLOSING DATE: 25 August 2023

Bid documents can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 1ST floor, Plein Street , Stellenbosch 08h00 and 15:00. A non-refundable fee of R50-00 is payable to Stellenbosch Municipality. Alternatively, the bid documents can be downloaded from our website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za by following the Supply Chain Management link.
