Tender BSM 104/20 Mont Rochelle Gatehouse Upgrade

A Compulsory Virtual Clarification Meeting will be held on 23 April 2021 2021 at 11:00. The Compulsory Clarification meeting will be held via the Microsoft Teams App. Tenderers must ensure to download the App and give  Schalk Van der Merwe,email: Schalk.VanderMerwe@stellenbosch.gov.za the necessary contact details (email address and cell phone number) at least 48 hours prior (21 April 2021 at 11:00) to the meeting to enable to set up a virtual meeting. Tenderers who fail to forward their details in the time frame will not attend the briefing session. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant.

Local production and content is applicable to this bid. Bidders must use the exchange rate published by the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) at 12:00 on 10 April 2021. Please note that the requirements in terms of local production and content are fully contained in the tender document.
