DRAFT ANNUAL REPORT 2019/20

Dear Citizen of the Greater Stellenbosch

Notice is hereby given that the Draft Annual Report 2019/20 is available for comment during normal office hours (08:00 – 16:30) at municipal offices, ward offices, satellite offices, libraries (depending on the national lockdown alert levels) as well as on the municipal website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za.

Comments and representations on the Draft Annual Report 2019/20 can be submitted electronically to idp@stellenbosch.gov.za or tel. 021 808 8175 by not later than Thursday, 29 April 2021 at 16:30.

Persons wishing to comment on the Draft Annual Report 2019/20, but cannot write will be assisted during office hours by the PMS Officer, IDP/PMS/PP Section, Second Floor, Ecclesia Building, 71 Plein Street,  Stellenbosch at 021 808 8175, to write down his / her comment.

A  Public Hearing will also be held by the Municipal Public Accounts Committee (MPAC) of Council during which verbal and written submissions can be made. The Public Hearing will take place on Thursday, 15 April 2021, from 09:00 to 11:00, in the Stellenbosch Council Chambers, Plein Street.
