ANNUAL REPORT OVERSIGHT REPORT 2020/21 Dear Citizen of the Greater Stellenbosch Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 129(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003) (MFMA), read together with section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000) (MSA), that Council, at a meeting held on 30 March 2022, adopted the Annual Report Oversight Report 2020/21 and approved the Annual Report 2020/21 without reservations.
