A compulsory site meeting will be held on 28 October 2026 at 11h00, at the VGK Vlottenburg Church, Stellenbosch Kloof Rd, Stellenbosch. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant.

Hard copies of the tender document are obtainable from the offices of the Supply Chain Management Unit, Stellenbosch Municipality, Town House Complex, 1st Floor, Plein Street, Stellenbosch, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of R 2 215.00 per document.
Note: The municipality will never contact you to pay money in exchange for the award of a tender.
