A Compulsory Clarification Meeting (in-person or virtual attendance) will be held on 01 October 2026 at 11h00.

In-person attendance

The meeting will be held in the Senior Manager: Protection Services Boardroom, Traffic Department, 1 Joubert Street, Stellenbosch.,

Virtual attendance

Tenderers must ensure to download the App and give Daniel Jonkers (Tel: 021 808 8814; E-mail:  Daniel.Jonkers@stellenbosch.gov.za  the necessary contact details (email address and cell phone number) at least 48 hours prior (29 September 2026 at 11h00 AM) to the meeting to enable to set up a virtual meeting. Tenderers who fail to forward their details in the time frame will not attend the briefing session.

Tenderers may attend the compulsory clarification meeting either in person or virtually.

Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory clarification meeting will be regarded as non-compliant.
