A Compulsory Clarification Meeting via Virtual will be held on 9 September 2026 at 12:00. The Compulsory Clarification meeting will be held via the Microsoft Teams. Tenderers must ensure to download the App and give Joan Felix at Joan.Felix@stellenbosch.gov.za  the necessary contact details (email address and cell phone number) at least 48 hours prior (07 September 2026 at 12:00) to the meeting to enable to set up a virtual meeting. Tenderers who fail to forward their details in the time frame will not attend the briefing session. The department will forward the link.
