TENDER BSM 03/27: APPOINTMENT OF A SUITABLE SERVICE PROVIDER TO SUPPLY, DELIVER, TRANSPORT AND CONSTRUCTION OF ABT/ IBT (ALTERNATIVE BUILDING TECHNOLOGY/ INNOVATIVE BUILDING TECHNOLOGY) HOUSES IN WC024 (JURISDICTION AREA OF STELLENBOSCH) FOR EMERGENCY HOUSING FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS (ENDING 30 JUNE 2029).

CIDB: The following CIDB class of construction works will be applicable to the Tender, in accordance with the sum tendered or value determined in accordance with regulation 25(7A) of the Construction Industry Development Regulations, 2004 (as amended) – As of 23 May 2019 - Class of Construction Works: 3GB or higher (General Building works) or higher. Local Labour is 100% unskilled labour on every house build.

A Compulsory Clarification Meeting via Virtual Meeting will be held on 03 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. The Compulsory Clarification meeting will be held via the Microsoft Teams App. Tenderers must ensure to download the App and give Shaune October at 021 808 8756 the necessary contact details (email address and cell phone number) at least 48 hours prior (01 September 2026 at 10:00) to the meeting to enable to set up a virtual meeting. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant.
