REQUEST FOR FORMAL QUOTATION NUMBER: 104/26

REQUEST QUOTATION DESCRIPTION:  Supply, delivery and installation of new Air conditioning units

The Compulsory Clarification meeting will be held on the 17 April 2026 at 14:15pm  via the Microsoft Teams App. Bidders must ensure to download the App and give Melissa Loggenberg at Melumzi.Hlwempu@stellenbosch.gov.za the necessary contact details (email address and cell phone number) at least 48 hours prior to the meeting to enable to set up a virtual meeting

CLOSING DATE: 29 April 2026

TIME: 14:00

CIDB:     The following CIDB class of construction works will be applicable to the Tender, in accordance with the sum tendered or value determined in accordance with regulation 25(7A) of the Construction Industry Development Regulations, 2004 (as amended) – As at 23 May 2019 - Class of Construction Works: ME 1 or higher

Bid documents can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 1^ST floor, Plein Street , Stellenbosch 08h00 and 15:00. A non-refundable fee of R50-00 is payable to Stellenbosch Municipality. Alternatively, the bid documents can be downloaded from our website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za by following the Supply Chain Management link.
