CIDB:                           The following CIDB class of construction works will be applicable to the Tender, in accordance with                                           the sum tendered or value determined in accordance with regulation 25(7A) of the Construction                                                 Industry Development Regulations, 2004 (as amended) – As of 23 May 2019 – Class of Construction                                     Works: 7CE or higher.

There will be one compulsory meeting on Site Meeting.

A compulsory site meeting will be held on 4 March 2026 at 11h00, at Erf 303, cnr of R44R310 (Adam Tas Rd) and

Alexander Street, Stellenbosch Central. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be

regarded as non-compliant.
