CIDB:                                   The following CIDB class of construction works will be applicable to the tender, in accordance                                                     with the sum tendered or a value determined in accordance with Regulation 25(1B) or 25(7A) of                                                 the Construction Industry Development Regulations, 2004 (as amended) as of 23 May 2019. It is                                                estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 3CE or higher.

A Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on 17 February 2026, at 10:00 AM, at the Economic and Tourism Corridor in Kayamandi. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant. Tenderers are requested to provide their contact details (email address and cell phone number) to Carmen Fransman at Carmen.Fransman@stellenbosch.gov.za at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
