REQUEST FOR FORMAL WRITTEN PRICE QUOTATIONS: Tea and Talk sessions Items
Disclaimer: Original BBBEE certificate or certified sworn affidavit need to be delivered within 48 hours of quotation submitted at 17 Plein Street, Stellenbosch, 1st floor Supply Chain Management offices (if not on file for this financial year 2025-2026)
The quotation must be submitted on the letterhead of your business with completed MBD supporting documentation and emailed to Lindsay.Linders@stellenbosch.gov.za by not later than 15 October 2025 at 10h00
- All quotations must be accompanied by the enclosed MBD documents and latest municipal accounts. The enclosed Declaration
of interest (MBD 4), Preference points claim form in terms of the Preferential Procurement Regulations
2022 and NEW Stellenbosch Preferential Procurement Policy 2022/23 (MBD 6.1), Declaration of bidder’s past Supply Chain Management practices (MBD 8) and Certificate of Independent Bid Determination (MBD 9), must be scrutinized, duly completed and submitted together with your quotation.
