REQUEST FOR FORMAL WRITTEN PRICE QUOTATIONS: SUPPLY, DELIVERY OF VEHICLE BADGES

The quotation must be submitted by email to Lindsay.Linders@stellenbosch.gov.za  by no later 10 February 2025 AT 12h00

The following conditions will apply:

• Price(s) quoted must be valid for at least thirty (30) days from date of your offer.
• Price(s) quoted must be firm and must be inclusive of VAT if applicable.
• A firm delivery period must be indicated if applicable.
• MUNICIPALITY DOES NOT BIND ITSELF TO ACCEPT THE LOWEST QUOTATION, PART OF A QUOTATION OR ANY QUOTATION

NB:  No quotations will be considered from persons in the service of State.

Failure to comply with these conditions may invalidate your offer.
