TENDER BSM 27/25: WATERPROOFING & REMEDIAL CONSTRUCTION WORK TO NPK BUILDING

CLOSING DATE:       30 SEPTEMBER 2024

CLOSING TIME:        12h00: Bids will be opened in the Council Chambers or Supply Chain Management Boardroom.

CIDB:                        The following CIDB class of construction works will be applicable to the Tender, in accordance with the sum tendered or value determined in                                                      accordance with Regulation 25 (7A) of the Construction Industry Development Regulations, 2004 (as amended) (as of 23 May 2019) - Class of                                              Construction Works: 2GB or higher (if intended to sub contract, the removal, repair and installation of waterproofing on a multistorey building                                        part of the tender, CIDB grading of 1SN or higher is required from sub-contractor. If not subcontracted, bidder must have a 2GB or higher and                                       1SN of higher)

A Compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 17 September 2024, at 12:00pm in the Foyer of the NPK Building, c/o Ryneveld and Plein Street, Stellenbosch. No late comers will be allowed to join the meeting. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant.
