TENDER BSM 08/25: APPOINTMENT OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FIRESTATION AT JAMESTOWN, STELLENBOSCH

CLOSING TIME:                  12h00: Bids will be opened in the Council Chambers or Supply Chain Management Boardroom.

A Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on 23 August 2024 at 10:00 am, via the Microsoft Teams App. Tenderers must ensure to download the App and give Andre Slabbert at Andre.Slabbert@stellenbosch.gov.za; the necessary contact details at least 48 hours (20 August 2024 at 10:00 am) prior to the meeting to enable to set up a virtual meeting via a connection link. Tenderers who fail to forward their details in the time frame will not attend the briefing session. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant, or did not give the contact details on time will also regard as non-compliant. Provision for load shedding must be made and the tenderer is responsible to ensure he/she has a stable connection during the clarification meeting.
