TENDER BSM 53/24: TERM TENDER FOR PIPE REPLACEMENT USING CONVENTIONAL AND TRENCHLESS METHODS

CIDB : The following CIDB class of construction works will be applicable to the Tender, in accordance with the sum tendered or value determined in accordance with regulation 25(7A) of the Construction Industry Development Regulations, 2004 (as amended) – As at 23 May 2019 - Class of Construction Works: 2CE or higher.
a Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on 12 February 2024 at 10h00. The Compulsory Clarification meeting will be held in person at Stellenbosch Municipal Library Hall, 1st Floor, Plein Street. Tenderers must provide notification of attendance, including email address and cell phone number, to dalem@easwc.co.za or Leandro.Hendricks@stellenbosch.gov.za at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
Tenderers must be registered with the Department of Labour (DoL) in accordance with Asbestos Regulations GNR. 155.
