Tender BSM 68/21 Service Provider for the Supply and Constructing of Timber Frame Structures within the WC024 until 30 June 2024

A Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on 8 April 2021 at 11:00. The Compulsory Clarification meeting will be held via

the Microsoft Teams App. Tenderers must ensure to download the App and give Kurt Titus (Kurt.Titus@stellenbosch.gov.za) the necessary contact details (email address and cell phone number) at least 48 hours prior  (6 April 2021 at 11:00) to the meeting to enable to set up a virtual meeting. Tenderers who fail to forward their details in the time frame will not attend the briefing session. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant.

Local production and content is applicable to this bid. Bidders must use the exchange rate published by the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) at 12:00 on 20 March 2021
