TENDER FOR B/SM 62/23: SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND OFFLOADING OF MATERIALS FOR WATER & SEWER CONNECTIONS FOR THE CONTRACT PERIOD 1 JULY 2023 ENDING 30 JUNE 2026

CLOSING TIME:          12h00: Bids will be opened in the Council Chambers or Supply Chain Management 

Boardroom.

A Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on Thursday, 23 March 2023 at 10h00 at the Beltana Depot Store, Stellenbosch. In terms of COVID 19 Compliance the following regulation must be adhered to. If the number of Tenderers exceeds 20 people, separate briefing sessions will be scheduled on the same day at different time periods to ensure social distancing. Therefore, it is requested that only 1 representative of a company attend the briefing session. Tenderers must ensure that they give notice to Leandro Hendricks (Leandro.Hendricks@stellenbosch.gov.za) that they intend attending the meeting. Name, Surname, Email address and cell phone number will be required. Notice must be received at least 2 working days prior to the meeting (i.e., by 20 March 2023 at 10h00) to enable the department to determine if separate meetings are required and to provide attendance times to prospective bidders to ensure COVID 19 Compliance. Prospective bidders will only be allowed to enter at a time allocated.
