TENDER BSM 94/25: SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, ASSESSMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF AIR CONDITIONERS FOR THE PERIOD ENDING 30 JUNE 2028

CLOSING TIME:              12h00: Bids will be opened in the Council Chambers or Supply Chain Management Boardroom.

CIDB:                                Class of Construction Works: 1ME or higher.

A Compulsory Clarification Meeting via Virtual App. Meeting will be held on 14 May 2025 at 14:15. The Compulsory Clarification meeting will be held via the Microsoft Teams App. Tenderers must ensure to download the App and give Melissa Loggenberg at Pa.Propertymanagement@stellenbosch.gov.za the necessary contact details (email address and cell phone number) at least 48 hours prior (12 May  2025 at 14:15) to the meeting to enable to set up a virtual meeting. Tenderers who fail to forward their details in the time frame will not attend the briefing session. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant, or did not give the contact details on time will also regard as non-compliant. Provision for load shedding must be made. Melissa Loggenberg  will forward the link.
