NON-COMPULSORY CLARIFICATION MEETING

An initial non-compulsory Bidders’ Conference will be held at 10h00 on 23 April 2025.

The initial non-compulsory Bidders’ Conference will take place at the Stellenbosch Municipality’s Municipal Council Chambers located at Stellenbosch Municipality Offices, Town House Complex, 1st Floor, Plein Street, Stellenbosch

NOTE: Prospective Bidders who fail to attend the non-compulsory Bidders’ Conference will not be regarded as non-compliant and will not be disqualified by the Stellenbosch Municipality from participating in the Stellenbosch Municipality IPP Procurement Programme STMIPPPP but may be disadvantaged by virtue of not having attended and obtained the information disseminated at the non-compulsory Bidders’ Conference.

COMPULSORY CLARIFICATION MEETING

A subsequent compulsory Bidders’ Conference will take place online, at 10h00 on 31 July 2025 as reflected in clause 7.2 (Procurement Schedule) of this RFP. Prospective Bidders who fail to attend the compulsory Bidders’ Conference

will be regarded as non-compliant and will be disqualified by the Stellenbosch Municipality from participating in the STMIPPPP.
