TENDER BSM 50/24: APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND CONSTRUCTING OF TIMBER FRAME STRUCTURES AS EMERGENCY HOUSING FOR A PERIOD: 01 JULY 2024 ENDING 30 JUNE 2027

CIDB:                            Class of Construction Works: 3GB or higher;

A Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on 19 February 2024 at 10:00am. The Compulsory Clarification meeting will be held via the Microsoft Teams App. Tenderers must ensure to download the App and give Mvuselelo Mpotololo at 021 808 8922: e-mail:  Mvuselelo.Mpotololo@stellenbosch.gov.za the necessary contact details (email address and cell phone number) at least 48 hours prior (14 February 2024) to the meeting to enable to set up a virtual meeting. Tenderers who fail to forward their details in the time frame will not attend the briefing session. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant, or did not give the contact details on time will also regard as non-compliant. Provision for load shedding must be made Mvuselelo Mpotololo will forward the link.
