A Compulsory Virtual Meeting will be held on Thursday 18 November 2021 at 10h00 via Microsoft Teams. Prospective tenderers shall register with Michelle Langeveldt, via e-mail at michelle.langeveldt@stellenbosch.gov.za and provide the necessary contact details (email address and cell phone number) at least 48 hours prior to the meeting but no later than end of business on Tuesday 16 November 2021 at 10h00, after which an invite to the virtual compulsory clarification meeting will be sent out. No unregistered persons will be allowed into the meeting and tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory virtual session will be regarded as non-compliant.
