CIDB:                         The following CIDB class of construction works will be applicable to the Tender, in accordance with                                           the sum tendered or value determined in accordance with regulation 25(7A) of the Construction                                                 Industry Development Regulations, 2004 (as amended) – As of 23 May 2019 - Class of Construction                                        Works: CIDB grading of 1ME or higher is required

A Compulsory Clarification Meeting via Virtual will be held on 02 September 2026 at 14h30. The Compulsory Clarification meeting will be held via the Microsoft Teams App. Tenderers must ensure to download the App and give Melumzi Hlwempu at Melumzi.Hlwempu@stellenbosch.gov.za the necessary contact details (email address and cell phone number) at least 48 hours prior (31 August 2026 at 14h30) to the meeting to enable to set up a virtual meeting. Tenderers who fail to forward their details in the time frame will not attend the briefing session. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant or did not give the contact details on time will also regard as non-compliant. Provision for load shedding must be made. Melumzi Hlwempu will forward the link.
