TENDER BSM 127/25: LIFT SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE LIFTS AT KLAPMUTS MULTI-PURPOSE CENTRE, NPK BUILDING AND MUNICIPAL MAIN OFFICE BLOCK FOR A PERIOD ENDING 30 JUNE 2028

CLOSING TIME:              12h00: Bids will be opened in the Council Chambers or Supply Chain Management Boardroom.

CIDB:                                 The following CIDB class of construction works will be applicable to the Tender, in accordance with the sum tendered or value determined in accordance with regulation 25(7A) of the Construction Industry Development Regulations, 2004 (as amended) – As at 23 May 2019 - Class of Construction Works: Minimum 1 SI or higher.

A Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on 01 September 2025 at 9:30, at Stellenbosch Municipality, Corporate Services Board Room, NPK Building c/o Ryneveld Street and van Riebeeck Street for the Main Office Block and NPK Building Lifts (coordinates: -33.93677230453151, 18.863037425395547) and at 11:30 in the Foyer at Klapmuts Multi -Purpose Centre in Klapmuts (coordinates: -33.937058882934096, 18.86266338646807).
