TENDER BSM 117/24: APPOINTMENT OF AN EXPERIENCE SERVICE PROVIDER TO READ METERS REMOTELY, VIA AUTOMATED METER READING (AMR) SYSTEM AND MANAGE METERING SERVICES FOR LARGE POWER USERS, METERED STREETLIGHT POINTS AND SMALL-SCALE EMBEDDED GENERATIONS CONSUMERS PERIOD: 1 JULY 2024 TO 30 JUNE 2027

CLOSING TIME:                 12h00: Bids will be opened in the Council Chambers or Supply Chain Management Boardroom.

A Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on 23 August 2024 at 10:00. The Compulsory Clarification meeting will be held via the Microsoft Teams App. Tenderers must ensure to download the App and give Victor Dyusha at Victor.Dyusha@stellenbosch.gov.za  the necessary contact details (company,email address and cell phone number) at least 48 working hours prior (21 August 2024 at 10:00) to the meeting to enable to set up a virtual meeting. Tenderers who fail to forward their details in the time frame will not attend the briefing session. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant or did not give the contact details on time will also regard as non-compliant. Provision for load shedding must be made.
