A Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on 30 July 2021 at 12:00.   You are hereby requested to provide contact details which must include the contact person attending, company name you presenting, email address and cell phone number to Fiona Kruywagen at Fiona.kruywagen@stellenbosch.gov.za clearing referring to the tender number on 28 July 2021 (48 hours prior to the meeting) at 12:00 prior to the meeting,  to enable the department to setup a virtual meeting.  Tenderers who fail to provide their contact details for the virtual meeting, will be regarded as non-compliant.
