A Compulsory Clarification Site Meeting will be held on 30 October 2025 at 09h00. The meeting will start in the Electrical Boardroom at 71 Plein Street, Ecclesia Building Stellenbosch, from where it will move to various sites. Tenderers can contact Mark Benson and Bernine Kwago at mark.benson@stellenbosch.gov.za or bernine.kwago@stellenbosch.gov.za should any questions arise concerning the meeting locations Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant.
