 A Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on 28 May 2024 at 12:00 at Stellenbosch Municipality, Finance Department, Revenue Boardroom Ground Floor, 17 Plein Street, Stellenbosch. Tenderers must ensure to report before 09h45 at the Enquiries Desk of the Stellenbosch Municipality, Entrance at Neetlinghuis Building, Ryneveld Street. Tenderers must submit their name, contact detail (e-mail address and cell phone number) of the person who will represent the Tenderer at the Compulsory Meeting to:

Tenderers who fail to forward their details in the time frame will not be allowed to attend the briefing session.In the event of a Joint Venture, one of each company must attend the site meeting
