Tender BSM 05/23: DISMANTLE AND RELOCATE PRENTEC TANKS FROM FRANSCHHOEK WWTW TO WEMMERSHOEK WWTW

CLOSING DATE:      26 September 2022 at 12h00: Bids will be opened in the Council Chambers or Supply Chain Management Boardroom

CIDB:                       Class of Construction Works: 2CE or higher.

 Compulsory clarification meeting:

A compulsory tender information meeting and site inspection will be held on 12 September 2022 at 10h00, where the tenderers will meet at the Wemmershoek Sewage Treatment Plant for a discussion on the tender, procedures and scope of the works. The attendance certificate of the information meeting and site meeting will be signed before and after the site meeting. Persons not present at the end of the site meeting will be disqualified. All attendees must maintain social distancing, sanitize where necessary and need to bring their own writing material. Sick people who attend the meeting must wear a mask. Tenderers should be represented at the clarification meeting by a person who is suitably qualified and experienced to comprehend the implications of the work involved. All tenderers must bring their own pen.
