A Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on at 19th November 2025 at 11h00am. Tenderers are requested to meet in front of Stellenbosch Town Hall at 10:30am, where the attendance registration will be taken, and thereafter an escort will be provided to the meeting venue which will be held at Block L, corner of 10th Avenue & 13th Avenue, Kayamandi, Stellenbosch, 33°55'13.7"S 18°50'54.4"E. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant. .
