REQUEST FOR FORMAL WRITTEN PRICE QUOTATIONS: RFQ SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF NPK BUILDING INAUGURATION PLAQUE AND UPDATING OF THE MAYOR’S HONOUR BOARD, STELLENBOSCH

Kindly furnish me with a written quotation for the service indicated above and as depicted in the document.

The quotation must be submitted on the letterhead of your business with completed MBD supporting documentation and emailed to Adeline.Ramadie@stellenbosch.gov.za by not later than 15 October 2025 at 15h00

CLARIFICATION MEETING: A clarification Meeting will take place on the 14 October 2025 at 14:15. Venue: NPK Building Ground Floor, c/o Ryneveld Street and van Riebeeck Street.

Disclaimer: Copy of the B-BBEE Certificate issued by a Verification Agency accredited by SANAS or the ORIGINAL Sworn Affidavit must be submitted by hand (the original sworn affidavit is valid for the year therefore it must be delivered by hand and will be kept on file for the year.) Please ensure that the municipal statement of account of the all the directors and of the company are also submitted (Not older than 90 days)
