REQUEST FOR FORMAL WRITTEN PRICE QUOTATIONS: RFQ SERVICING OF WALK IN COLD ROOM AT THE STELLENBOSCH TOWN HALL

Kindly furnish me with a written quotation for the service indicated above and as depicted in the document.

The quotation must be submitted on the letterhead of your business with completed MBD supporting documentation (Municipal Rates) and emailed to Adeline.Ramadie@stellenbosch.gov.za by not later than 06 October 2025 at 15h30.

Disclaimer: Original BBBEE certificate or a certified Sworn Affidavit needs to be delivered within 48 hours of quotation submitted at 17 Plein Street, Stellenbosch, 1st floor Supply Chain Management offices, if not already on file.
