REQUEST FOR FORMAL WRITTEN PRICE QUOTATIONS: CATERING SERVICES – Walk with Disability Event

Kindly furnish me with a written quotation for the service indicated above and as depicted in the document.

The quotation must be submitted on the letterhead of your business with completed MBD supporting documentation and emailed to Astrid.Luyt@stellenbosch.gov.za  by not later than 5 November 2025 at 12h00 with CATERING SERVICES – Walk with Disability Event as reference

Disclaimer: Original BBBEE certificate or certified sworn affidavit need to be delivered within 48 hours of quotation submitted at 17 Plein Street, Stellenbosch, 1st floor Supply Chain Management offices (if not on file for this financial year 2025-2026)
