REQUEST QUOTATION DESCRIPTION: APPOINTMENT OF A QUANTITY SURVEYOR AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEER TO DO A SURVEY OF THE STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY/ NEED FOR STRUCTURAL MAINTENANCE OF THE RENTAL STOCK ON R/E 2149, MUNICIPAL FLATS (LAVANDA, AURORA AND PHYLLARIA) ,STELLENBOSCH.
A Non-Compulsory clarification meeting will take place on Monday, 27 February 2023 at 10:00 at the Ward 10 Office,
corner of Jan Cilliers- and Ryneveld Streets (coordinates 33 ̊55’39.04”S 18 ̊51’39.54”E), Stellenbosch.
CLOSING DATE: 02 March 2023
TIME: 14:00pm
Bid documents can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 1ST floor, Plein Street , Stellenbosch 08h00 and 15:00. A non-refundable fee of R50-00 is payable to Stellenbosch Municipality. Alternatively, the bid documents can be downloaded from our website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za by following the Supply Chain Management link.
