REQUEST FOR FORMAL QUOTATION NUMBER: 61/25
REQUEST QUOTATION DESCRIPTION: APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF EXHIBITION BOARDS IN GEORGE BLAKE AVENUE.
Clarification Meeting: Compulsory Clarification meeting will take place on the 23 September 2024; Meeting will start at 14h00 and finish at 15h00, in George Blake Avenue; Plankenburg.
CLOSING DATE: 30 September 2024
TIME: 14h00
Bid documents can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 1ST floor, Plein Street, Stellenbosch 08h00 and 15:00. A non-refundable fee of R50-00 is payable to Stellenbosch Municipality. Alternatively, the bid documents can be downloaded from our website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za by following the Supply Chain Management link.
