REQUEST QUOTATION DESCRIPTION: Supply and Delivery of various services required for the hosting of an event to be held at Ida’s Valley Sports Ground on 2^nd September 2023.

Compulsory Clarification Meeting: will be held on the 14 August 2023 @11h00. (Landmark – next to the Die Laer Hall) Sport Offices at 15 Simonsberg Street; Stellenbosch.

 CLOSING DATE:  17 August 2023

TIME: 14h00

Bid documents can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 1^ST floor, Plein Street , Stellenbosch 08h00 and 15:00. A non-refundable fee of R50-00 is payable to Stellenbosch Municipality. Alternatively, the bid documents can be downloaded from our website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za by following the Supply Chain Management link.

Bids may only be submitted on the bid documentation provided by the municipality and must remain valid for 60 days after bid closing.
