REQUEST QUOTATION DESCRIPTION: Provision of transport services for IDP and Budget public participation engagements to and from the venues for the engagement schedule from 10 – 16 September 2024 and 8 – 14 April 2025
COMPULSORY : Compulsory Site meeting will be held on Monday 5 August 2024 at 12h00, Governance (IDP Boardroom), 2nd Floor, Ecclesia Building, 71 Plein Street, Stellenbosch.
CLOSING DATE: 08 August 2024
TIME: 14h00
Bid documents can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 1ST floor, Plein Street , Stellenbosch 08h00 and 15:00. A non-refundable fee of R50-00 is payable to Stellenbosch Municipality. Alternatively, the bid documents can be downloaded from our website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za by following the Supply Chain Management link.
