REQUEST FOR FORMAL QUOTATION NUMBER:   FQ/SM: 116/22

REQUEST QUOTATION DESCRIPTION: Supply and install 50mm aluminium Blinds at the new control room and various offices at the Stellenbosch Fire Department

COMPULSORY SITE BRIEFING: A compulsory clarification meeting will take place on 8 April 2022 at 10H00, starting at the Stellenbosch Fire Department and then proceed to the other sites. Site meetings compulsory and to sign at each site (no exceptions).

MINIMUM LOCAL CONTENT: Fasteners (Bolts, nuts, rivets, nails) = 100%

CLOSING DATE:       14 April 2022

Bid documents can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 1^st floor, Plain Street, Stellenbosch 08h00 and 15:00. A non-refundable fee of R50-00 is payable to Stellenbosch Municipality. Alternatively, the bid documents can be downloaded from our website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za by following the Supply Chain Management link.
