Our Community Development Department requests all organisations operating aftercare centres to register on this database.

Stellenbosch Municipality is currently reviewing and auditing all electrical meters within the Stellenbosch Municipality’s supply area. Your residence will be visited by Ontec Pty, a service provider appointed by Stellenbosch Municipality, during the period 20 May 2024 – 28 June 2024. It will be appreciated if access to the premises can be arranged.

Stellenbosch lies roughly 50 km to the east of Cape Town and is - after the Mother City - the oldest town in South Africa.

The 900 square kilometres municipal area is internationally renowned for its beautiful environment, many places of interest, wine farms, street cafes, restaurants, quality wines, historical buildings and excellent educational institutions.

The major portion of the area is utilised for agriculture (mainly wine production) and it includes the major towns of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek as well as settlements such as Klapmuts, Koelenhof, Kylemore, Johannesdal, Pniel, Kayamandi, Cloetesville, Ida’s Valley, Jamestown and Raithby.
