TENDER BSM 111/24: RE-DEVELOPMENT AND LEASE OF TRANSVALIA PROPERTIES.

CLOSING TIME:                 12h00: Bids will be opened in the Council Chambers or Supply Chain Management Boardroom.

A mandatory information session will be held on 5 July 2024 at 11:00, in the Cooperative Boardroom, 3rd floor, NPK building, Plein Street Stellenbosch. A mandatory site visit will take place after the mandatory information session for tenderers to familiarize themselves with the site. Tenderers who fail to attend the mandatory information session and site inspection will be considered non-compliant. To control the number of people at the mandatory meeting, a notice of intent to attend must be sent by email to Rozeeta.Petersen@stellenbosch.gov.za no later than July 3, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. (48 hours before the meeting), will be directed. Only registered persons may attend the mandatory meeting. No walk-in attendance will be allowed. All participants will be expected to bring their own writing materials. No more than 3 persons per company will be allowed
