Stellenbosch Municipality proudly funds the Mayoral Youth Skills Development Programme – one of many training initiatives we support every year to upskill young people, open doors to opportunity and combat youth unemployment.
Yesterday, we celebrated the success of graduates at the Bergzicht Training Centre, who now hold fully accredited Food Service Assistant qualifications and a passport to a brighter future.
From uncertain beginnings to confident, capable professionals – these young people are proof of what’s possible when we invest in skills, potential and perseverance.
