LAND USE APPLICATIONS
must be submitted via the TPAMS AFLA Portal https://citymaps.stellenbosch.gov.za/aflaportal/home
 
GENERAL ENQUIRIES
regarding the submission of land use applications or specific technical matters must be submitted to landuse.enquiries@stellenbosch.gov.za   You can also speak to the customer interface officer or a Municipal Town Planner by contacting or visiting the LUM Advice Desk, which is open to the public daily from 08:30 to 13:30.
 
REQUESTS FOR CERTIFICATES
such as zoning certificates, Section 28 transfer certificates and exemption certificates must be submitted to landuse.certificates@stellenbosch.gov.za
