ANNUAL REPORT OVERSIGHT REPORT 2020/21 Dear Citizen of the Greater Stellenbosch Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 129(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003) (MFMA), read together with section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000) (MSA), that Council, at a meeting held on 30 March 2022, adopted the Annual Report Oversight Report 2020/21 and approved the Annual Report 2020/21 without reservations. The Council resolution and all other relevant documents are available for public inspection at all libraries, municipal buildings and ward offices during normal office hours (subject to the national lockdown regulations and or alert levels) and are also displayed on the Stellenbosch Municipality’s website at: www.stellenbosch.gov.za.
