The Executive Mayor of the Stellenbosch municipality, Adv, Gesie van Deventer, hereby invites you to an IDP and Budget Public Participation meetings which form part of the 4th and Final Review of the 4th Generation IDP 2017 – 2022. The meetings will commence from 8-21 April 2021 on MS Teams and satellite venues. People who are interested to participate / attend the virtual meeting should send their names via email to idp@Stellenbosch.gov.za or call 021 808 8175 during office hours (8h00 -16h30). Residents and other interested and affected parties are encouraged to join the meeting online and not to attend the satellite venues. Satellite venues should preferably only be used only by residents who do not have access to data and or a device to participate in the online meeting.
