TENDER FOR BSM 61/24: APPOINTMENT OF ATTORNEYS FOR THE RENDERING OF CONVEYANCING SERVICES: TRANSFER OF STATE SUBSIDIZED HOUSING UNITS FOR A PERIOD UP TO 30 JUNE 2027 FOR THE TITLE DEEDS REGISTRATION N PROGRAMME (TRP) – AS AND WHEN REQUIRED.

CLOSING DATE:              28 MARCH 2024

CLOSING TIME:              12h00: Bids will be opened in the Council Chambers or Supply Chain Management Boardroom.

A Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on 13 March 2024 at 11h00 am. The Compulsory Clarification meeting will be held via the Microsoft Teams App. Tenderers must ensure to download the App and give Ilze Couvaras at 021 808 8604 e-mail: Ilze.Couvaras@stellenbosch.gov.za the necessary contact details (email address and cell phone number) at least 48 hours prior (11 March 2024 at 11h00 am) to the meeting to enable to set up a virtual meeting. Tenderers who fail to forward their details in the time frame will not attend the briefing session. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant or did not give the contact details on time will also regard as non-compliant.
