TENDER BSM 26/21: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) IS AN INVITATION TO DELIVERY AGENTS THAT CAN ACCESS SHRA CAPITAL GRANTS (SHIs & ODAs), TO SUBMIT A CONCEPT PROPOSAL , WITH THE PRE-FEASIBILITY AND FINANCIAL (PFF) PLANS, TO DEVELOP SOCIAL HOUSING ON FARM 81/2 AND 81/9 STELLENBOSCH

CLOSING DATE:      04 July 2022

CLOSING TIME:       12h00: Bids will be opened in the Council Chambers or Supply Chain Management Boardroom  . Due to Covid-19 restrictions, opening of tenders                                     to the public will not take place, but the opening register will be posted on the municipal website, immediately thereafter.

CIDB :                      Class of Construction Works: 8GB or higher.

 A compulsory virtual clarification Meeting will be held on 15 June 2022 at 10h30 via Microsoft Teams.  Tenderers must ensure to download the App and give the municipality the necessary email address and cell phone number to  ihs.admin@stellenbosch.gov.za  , clearly referring to the tender number at least 48 hours prior to the meeting (13 June 2022  at 10h30) to enable the department to setup a virtual meeting.

The preferential points system applied is as follows:

 Price                                                                 80/90

B-BBEE status level of contribution             20/10

Total points for Price and B-BBEE                  100

Once a tender has been received, the lowest acceptable tender should be used to determine the preferred point system to be used for evaluating tenders in the event where both levels are stipulated in a tender.

 The following conditions to Tender exist (failure to comply may result in your Tender being disqualified):

Functionality is applicable to this Tender. Tenderers are required to attain a minimum score of 70% for the functionality in order to be further evaluated in terms of the preference point’s system.
