A Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 25 October at 10h00 at the Beltana Depot Store, Stellenbosch. Tenderers must ensure that they give notice to Victor Dyusha (Victor.Dyusha@stellenbosch.gov.za) that they intend attending the meeting. Name, Surname, Email address and cell phone number will be required. Notice must be received at least 2 working days prior to the meeting (i.e., by 23 October 2023 at 10h00) to enable the department to determine if separate meetings are required and to provide attendance times to prospective bidders. Prospective bidders will only be allowed to enter at a time allocated.
