CLOSING TIME:        12h00: Bids will be opened in the Council Chambers or Supply Chain Management Boardroom.

CIDB:                        Class of Construction Works: 6EP or higher.

A Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on 27 SEPTEMBER 2023 at 9:00. The Compulsory Clarification meeting will commence at 09h00 at Stellenbosch municipality Council Chambers, thereafter, there will be a site visit to Enkanini informal settlement on where the meeting will be concluded. The addresses are given below:

Please RSVP by sending an email to Barend.vanNiekerk@smec.com  48 hours prior to the meeting to enable the municipality to get more space if required.

Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non- compliant. In the event of a Joint Venture, one of each company must attend the site meeting.
